Awesome gift for my nephew's 1st bday! Had to add another couple color penetration layers for the orange to be more opaque. Unfortunately doesn't help with the dark around the joints but I don't mind it

Awesome design! I went ahead and extended the carriage to make it compatible with the Ultimate Spool Enclosure and posted the print profile. I have yet to make the Spool Enclosure to test it but I made the extended carriage the same clearance as @raggner21 's original XL sliding carriage which HAS been tested to work with the enclosure. With this version it's about 31mm from the roof to the top of a Bambu spool. Other than that, used the same settings as OP and it printed great!

Tolerances were a bit too tight and had to shave a bit to get it to fit together
