This is the design you need IF you have the BATTERY version of the Ring doorbell.
It's all about the bevel. The designer did this model right by eliminating the gap between the stock Ring mounting plate and the 3D printed mount. It's spider/insect proof and looks great.

Easy peasey. Load & hit print. Profile spot on.
Edit: 2nd Pic shows mask with a fine see-thru mesh cover on the eye hole. I cut out the screen from a model found here on MW. Search "dust filter" by @Tieq. Hot glue it on the mask.
