Pickle Riiiiiiick !&nbsp;Another “Art Deco” Hueforge , this one is for the Rick and Morty fans. The classic Pickle Rick in a fancy Art Deco Style Hueforge)&nbsp;The dimensions are 180x180 mm so it fits nicely in a square frame (as seen on the second picture). The colours I used are all Elegoo Filament. Black → Green → Yellow → White&nbsp;The plate is now 180x180 but you could resize to bigger or smaller, just make sure you do not change the height (Z) so uncheck “uniform scale” when resizing.&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000163179/design/2024-01-29_64ef9f2438798.png"></figure>&nbsp;If you want to slice the file manually for use without AMS or other printer please use these settings :&nbsp;Swap Instructions: Start with Black At layer #8 (0.48mm) swap to Elegoo Green At layer #24 (1.12mm) swap to Elegoo Yellow At layer #32 (1.44mm) swap to Elegoo White for the rest.&nbsp;Be sure to check out my other models and/or give me a follow :)&nbsp;If you like the print would you please be so kind to give it a rating ? Do you have the following printer errors when printing with the AMS? Failed to pull out the filament from the extruder Failed to feed the filament into the toolheadWell, give this little mod a try!In my case, I found the most common cause of these errors to be the PTFE tube having too much of a curve as it enters the extruder. This little bracket easily clips onto the cable guide on top of the extruder body and keeps it straight.NOTE: This is a remix of Bambu Lab's own design, they are providing the (unmodified) STL file of this to some users who contact support about AMS problems. In this remix, I made the following changes:<ol><li>Added hole for the PTFE tube instead of open-bottom, this way the tube does not slide out as the print head moves.</li><li>Modified design for easier printing with no supports needed.</li><li>Shaved 2mm off the top of the model so it can never bang against the glass lid of the printer like Bambu's design did.</li><li>Orientated the model properly for printing.</li><li>Added windows on the side for a more mechanical look and visibility of PTFE tube.</li></ol>Will it fix your problems?Maybe, maybe not. I think the AMS system on this printer needs a lot of refinement, but since I have created this and installed it, I have noticed a lot less error messages. It's only 1.3 grams of filament and 5 minutes to print, so give it a shot. Printing settings:<ul><li>Print in PETG, ABS, ASA, Poly, or Nylon. PLA will not survive.</li><li>Print at 0.16mm layer height with 0.4mm nozzle.</li><li>Print with a large brim around the base - I recommend 15mm brim.</li><li>No supports are needed with most materials.</li></ul>How to install:<ol><li>Straighten PTFE tube (bend) by hand to be very straight (according to Bambu).</li><li>Slide PTFE tube through hole in bracket.</li><li>Insert PTFE tube into extruder to lock in place.</li><li>Slide the straightener down the PTFE tube and onto the coupler inside the extruder.</li><li>Press it down onto the coupler inside the extruder to lock into place.</li><li>If properly installed it should swivel around, and look like the photos.</li></ol>Leave a rating and some feedback!Let me know if this helps at all, and also let me know if you can think of any improvements I could make to the design.

I remixed <a target="_blank" href="https://www.printables.com/model/520601-bambu-x1c-chamber-hygrometer" rel="nofollow noopener">Kalcemo's Bambu X1C Chamber Hygrometer</a> to hold a <a target="_blank" href="https://us.govee.com/products/govee-bluetooth-hygrometer-thermometer-h5075" rel="nofollow noopener">Govee Bluetooth Hygrometer Thermometer H5075</a> I had laying around. It's visible from the P1S camera for when I'm not within bluetooth distance.

<h2>Meet the Smoothy!</h2>The Smoothy is a PTFE Bowden Tube Y Connector designed for smooth filament transport without catching or binding. This allows you to use an external spool with your Bambu Lab machine without disconnecting your PTFE Bowden Tubes.&nbsp;PTFE tubes are inserted deep into the connector for less wear on the FDM material. This allows for silky smooth operation.&nbsp;As the filament progresses towards the output, it passes through a precisely-designed taper that mates perfectly with the output bowden tube.&nbsp;All PTFE tubes must be inserted until each “stop” is reached (see cutaway diagram).&nbsp;Connectors must be the black type (not blue). See cutaway diagram for an illustration.</li><li>The output tube does not insert as deep as the input tubes.</li><li>After inserting each tube, you can rotate the tubes back and forth while pressing inward slightly to make sure they&#39;re seated squarely and fully.</li><li>Glue Stick is recommended.</li><li>PTFE tubes must be cut squarely at the tip (no angled tips).</li><li>All PC4 connectors must be installed for a completed design with smooth operation.</li><li>Tested with a 0.4mm Nozzle and 0.2mm Layer Height.</li><li>Print vertically with wide dual-port side on the bed.</li><li>PC4 connectors typically have tapered threads. As such, make sure you don&#39;t over-tighten them as they can create a “wedge effect” and can cause damage.</li></ul><h2>NOTES:</h2><ul><li>These work well printed in PLA. More durable materials can be used, but it may require clearance adjustments.</li><li>I’m currently using this for my Bambu Lab X1C with an AMS, which utilizes an external spool.</li><li>This is the first model that I&#39;m sharing, I hope you enjoy it!</li><li>The Smoothy can be used commercially, but can&#39;t be resold.</li></ul>
