The nightmare before christmas jack stripes coffin

A1 mini 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

issues on the coffin top with feed distortion.  It appears related to the inside surface convergence with the distorted angle on the outside.  Tried both petg and pei-smooth.  Both prints produced a distortion on the coffin top cover, just on the border of the flat top with the decoration.  Photo is for the petg build.  The pei-smooth build, using pla, was the same, slightly better.
