Former Mechanical Engineering major that experienced some major burnout once I noticed that I couldn't wrap my head around the calculus portion of the degree program. I had been working with CAD programs since I was in high school. I learned about the 3D printing process around that time but it was around the time that most good printers were cost prohibitive. Now that they are more accessible and higher quality, I just like tinkering around with what I can find and doing little projects with them.
