Ensure you have proper bed adhesion and if using ABS-GF to increase the thickness to give a little more stability and framing IMO

Taking the original model and increasing size by 200% can let you place a 10mmx2mm magnet to the back (Recommend using a deburr tool to smooth the edge free of loose material) for some fun magnets. Made these with ABS-GF for added fun of attaching to fridge and/or front of metal ovens and not worrying about heat and UV effects

Came out the print like freshly baked cookies (please don’t, save your teeth) and if you are printing in ABS-CF, raise the bed temp to 95C to ensure they stay perfectly hot and flat and pop them off as soon as print is done to prevent warping.

Was very surprised how well done everyone was with this build. I went with the included peg for the closing mechanism, but might do the magnet mod later on. So far it’s a great viable tool to make for the time it takes to make.

They came out perfect, clicked right into place. Used ABS-GF for its strength and resistance to heat as some of these will be living in a greenhouse.

Perfect size for the Bambu Labs spools, will slide around inside other spools, especially cardboard spools. might have to increase fin length by a few mm’s, likely about 2mm
