Finally bit the bullet and ordered a camera for my microscope, figured it would be easy since it has a nifty photo port right on top. Wrong. After trying all kinds of combinations of available models, finally realized I need a reduction lens so the image through the eye piece matches the camera. 1/2.8 sensor size of the camera means the typical 0.5x reduction lens wouldn't work and the 0.35x reduction would be closer.
