Here's my painted print! In the slicer: used a little simplify to smooth out the shield, enabled adaptive layer heights at about 1/3rd towards the quality slider, and plugged the hole in the top of the shield. Printed great. I did light sanding with a medium grit sandpaper to smooth remaining layer lines. More to build up a surface for the Rustoleum Multicolor Textured in Desert Bisque. That did most of the heavy lifting. After curing, used Liquitex Basic Acrylics wash (raw umber, mars black, bright aqua green, deep green perm) to build of layers of color for weathering. Next I glued on Mixed Coarse Blended Turf. Finally, a spotty wash (unbleached titanium, deep phthalo green, raw umber) on the glued on turf to give more variation to tones of moss at that scale.

If you're looking for a way to display your Pokémon or Magic the Gathering cards in style, I designed just the thing for you. I wanted to make a frame for my toploaded cards that I could stick together to create groupings of displays! (I want all my Lightning Bolts to be connected while my Phyrexia Full-Art Basic Lands that are in the Phyrexian Language are in a different set up frames.) Here is the resulting file for the rest of the community to enjoy!

Do you collect Magic the Gathering or Pokemon cards? Do you want a better way of displaying them? I'm cooking up something... and it's going to have MAGNETS in it that don't even require glue. #Magicthegathering #Pokemon #

I didn't find a strap clip that fit my purpose or vision for something that could be easy to decorate and easy to swap for a different design. I've been slowly improving at my modeling in Autodesk Fusion and while pretty straightforward I learned a lot creating this model!

This is a high quality model. To date, this is my largest print in terms of single project usage of filament and printing time on my Bambu printer. It is a incredibly thoughtful design to solve a problem that brings value and a certain delight in its use. I almost failed to assemble this model due to massive user error. I simply could not get the screws to drive when pretapping by hand. So when I tried to assemble some parts were too loose while others were too tight. I stripped so many screws. I used 16mm screws instead of 8mm screws at one point. It was an adventure and I achieved victory! Eventually I gave up on hand driving to pre-tap and switched to my 18V Ryobi Drill/Driver stepped down to 1 on the clutch. I was able to drive the screws by being gentle on the trigger which made final assembly a breeze. Now to treat my blistered hand from the hand driver's knurled texture.

Ready to go Super Saiyan in style? Switch out your boring, plain, non-3d-printed tire valve stem caps for these Dragon Ball caps.

I have found that the screws for the legs and for the head are really hard to screw in with my big fat fingers. I ended up modifying them to double the size of the nurled knobs and that helped. Printing this in PETG works really well too.

I had some strong magnetic hooks that work great on the walls for cruise ships to hang things. I'll also use these in my office to hang clipboards from my magnetic white boards. But, the hooks are often a little sharp (bad for a shirt and not finger friendly when using as a magnet) so I designed a knob that slips over the screw post, screws into place, and an optional plug and plug with cover to make it look and feel nice.

I printed the scaled version as the size seemed better for hand holding. but I believe reversing the raised and inset would create an even more please feel. something I plan to explore! thanks for the license being a CC license!

Definitely some great ideas here, but the overall design could be simplified.
