(4 Parts) Hey :) I remixed the “<a target="_blank" href="https://www.printables.com/model/361348-bambu-labs-carbon-x1-top-glass-riser-for-leds%20for%20easy%20printing" rel="nofollow noopener">Bambu Labs Carbon X1 Top Glass Riser for LED&#39;s</a>”Now you can print it without TPU and it works better, we made some updates to the file!1. 2x 3h printing time - 2 parts fit on the X1C. 2. no TPU needed anymore because we put the part together as one part. We now use 20x2mm EPDM tape as a base for the glass! This seals better, makes no noise and saves us the unnecessary TPU print! 3. we have adjusted the socket a bit so that we can better route the cable to the outside.To the parts list. 1. approx. 130cm 8mm COB Led strip 2. one power supply depending on what LED strip you bought (12/24V) 3. a dimmer if you want, we use an <a target="_blank" href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/254733020839?var=554520088749" rel="nofollow noopener">Alexa compatible dimmer</a>. 4. cyanoacrylate glue 5. 20x2mm EPDM (foam rubber) tapefor printing:You print everything from PLA, PETG, ABS in your Bambu Lab with a 0.2 er layer height and normal support (no tree structure please) Check the pictures to see how it should look. Always 2 parts just fit on the plate. Approx. 6h printing time for all 4 parts. (2x 3h)Assembly:We use the following &#34;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/254995985456?var=554914076553" rel="nofollow noopener">COB LED strips</a>&#34; in addition a &#34;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/303838576597" rel="nofollow noopener">24V 1A power supply</a>&#34; and the following &#34;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/173065424528?var=471818882009" rel="nofollow noopener">EPDM tape</a>&#34; in 20x2mm. After printing, you clean up the parts roughly and just click them together, then you make a test whether it fits in the printer, it should lie flat in the printer without wobbling! If it does not fit, check your print for any warping....After everything fits, you now glue the EPDM tape in the upper edge, this normally requires no superglue (grease-free).Then you cut the appropriate lengths for your LED tape, this depends a bit on the divisibility of the strips.Now solder all 4 strips correctly at +/- together. Leave the cables between the LED strips about 3cm long.After soldering, insert the LED strips into the intended lip, this should work with an 8mm strip without any problems, we had self-adhesive LED strips, but we still secured it at each divisible point from above with a drop of superglue.Then let everything dry or use Activator Spray. Now you put the frame in the printer, the glass pane on top and then if necessary your AMS back on top. We deliberately built it so that we don&#39;t have to/want to do any wiring on the printer itself.If you want to do this, of course, it is up to you. Jetzt kannst du es ohne TPU drucken und es funktioniert besser, wir haben einige Updates an der Datei vorgenommen!1. 2x 3h Druckzeit - es passen 2 Teile auf den X1C 2. Kein TPU mehr nötig da wir das Teil als ein Bauteil zusammengefügt haben. Wir nehmen nun 20x2mm EPDM Band als Unterlage für das Glas! Das dichtet besser, gibt keine Geräusche von sich und erspart uns den unnötigen TPU Druck! 3. Wir haben die Buchse ein bisschen angepasst sodass wir das Kabel besser nach außen verlegen können.Zur Stückliste. 1. ca. 130cm 8mm COB Led Streifen 2. ein Netzteil jeh nachdem was du für einen LED Streifen gekauft hast (12/24V) 3. einen Dimmer wenn du möchtest, wir nutzen ein <a target="_blank" href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/254733020839?var=554520088749" rel="nofollow noopener">Alexa kompatiblen Dimmer</a>. 4. Sekundenkleber 5. 20x2mm EPDM (Moosgummi) Bandzum Druck:Du druckst alles aus PLA, PETG, ABS in deinem Bambu Lab mit einer 0,2 er Schichthöhe und normalen Support (bitte keine Baumstruktur) Schau in den Bildern nach, wie es aussehen sollte. Es passen immer 2 Teile gerade so auf die Platte. Ca. 6h Druckzeit für alle 4 Teile. (2x 3h)Zusammenbau:Wir nutzen folgende &#34;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/254995985456?var=554914076553" rel="nofollow noopener">COB LED Streifen</a>&#34; dazu ein &#34;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/303838576597" rel="nofollow noopener">24V 1A Netzteil</a>&#34; und folgendes &#34;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/173065424528?var=471818882009" rel="nofollow noopener">EPDM Band</a>&#34; in 20x2mm. Nachdem druck bereinigst du die Teile grob und klickst sie einfach nur zusammen, dann machst du eine Probe ob sie in den Drucker passt, es sollte Plan im Drucker aufliegen ohne zu wackeln! Sollte dies nicht passen, überprüfe dein Druck auf eventuelles Warping...Nachdem alles passt, klebst du nun in den oberen Rand das EPDM Band, dies benötigt im Normalfall kein Sekundenkleber (Fettfrei)Dann schneidest du dir die passenden längen für dein LED Band zurecht, dies hängt ein bisschen von der Teilbarkeit der Streifen ab.Löte nun alle 4 Streifen korrekt an +/- zusammen. Lasse die Kabel zwischen den LED Streifen ca. 3cm lang.Nachdem Löten bringst du die LED Streifen in die vorgesehene Lippe ein, dies sollte mit einem 8mm Streifen problemlos gehen, wir hatten zwar selbstklebende LED Streifen, haben diesen aber trotzdem an jeder teilbaren Stelle noch einmal von oben mit einem tropfen Sekundenkleber gesichert.Danach lässt du alles trocknen oder benutzt Activator Spray. Jetzt setzt du den Rahmen in den Drucker, die Glasscheibe oben drauf und dann ggf. deine AMS wieder oben drauf. Wir haben es bewusst so gebaut, das wir keine Verkabelung am Drucker selbst durchführen müssen/wollen.Wenn du dies natürlich möchtest, steht es dir Frei.
