This is a great model, and I appreciate the holder/case for them. I can't wait to put them to use at my table. Request/tip - you may want to consider increasing the height of the red so that it is easier to read. The current thin layer of red blends into the background more than I would like. To compensate, I doubled the height of the red areas and it looks much sharper, BUT it also added a bit more height than I wanted. Ideally, I would recommend that you explore putting the increased layer height inside of the base instead of just layering it higher (which is what I did because I didn't know how to build the 'red parts' deeper).
