Here you have two options. either use a rope with max diameter of 2mm or a 1.75mm 3D printing filament. If you choose the first case you can tie the rope to the hook and route the rope through the beam and then through the rotating platform can reach the winding drum. In this case you can skip the winding spool design over the drum and use the hole on the drum to tie the rope and wind. If you choose to use a filament, it would be a make belief thing and thus no need to route it past the rotating plate. See the image for reference. This also applies for the pins that make rotation possible between elements. Please proceed with printing all the pins after testing printing a pin and testing the fit of a joint. <p>This is a platform 9 ¾ sign from Harry Potter. The sign can be printed twice for a double sided sign, or once for single sided. The arm of the hanger needs to be mirrored and both sides printed to use the wall mounted bracket. The bracket is designed to be easy to hang, then the arm slid in from the top with a dovetail joint.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>These are the chains i used to hang the sign <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B5JRVS8S?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1" rel="nofollow noopener">https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B5JRVS8S?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1</a></p><p>I had to use pliers to straighten the hooks, feed them through the holes, then bend them back.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>***update*** made the sign thinner to use less filament, as well as made each color start at a specific height for color changing without an AMS. Also, the holes in the hanger and the sign were made larger to fit a chain more easily.</p>

As a result I created an assembly version of Mario by separating the M logo from the cap in 2 parts, the eyes in 3 parts and the mouth in 2 parts.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>There is 2 folders:</p><ul><li>Painting or MMU contains the closest files to the original, only the watermarks have been removed and the gloves have been modified</li><li>Multipart contains all the modifications but also the eyes, the mouth and the logo in several parts</li></ul><p>The tolerances can be different depending on the calibration of your printers, make a test by printing the 3 parts of the eyes.</p><p>The model is 90cm high, happy printing</p>
