Great clip design!
Print it in PETG. I tried PLA and PETG, and the PLA creeps. In the photo, the green clip is Bambu Basic PLA and the black clip is Bambu PETG HF. After a couple hours clamped on a chip bag, the PLA clip no longer fully closes. The PETG clip has held for days and still snaps shut perfectly.
