Like many Apple Pencil users, I often left my pencil magnetically attached to my iPad, only to realize later that it was draining its battery faster than expected. While looking for a better way to store it, I came up with a simple slide-on holder that attaches securely to the side of my IKEA Isberget tablet stand — no glue, no screws. I’m particularly happy with the soft-lock mechanism—when you slide the pencil in point-first, it gently locks in place at the end.
