THIS IS THE ORIGINAL MODEL, I NOW UPLOAD HERE AND ON PRINTABLES SO THAT PEOPLE CAN'T STEAL MY MODELS FOR LIKES !&nbsp;I designed this crate to store objects around my house. The 4 sides are snapped in place during assembly. When fully open, the 4 sides snap into each other to keep the crate sturdy, and it can easily be folded for storage.The dimensions are 15x10cm but it can easily be scaled up if needed, the snap fit should work with scaled versions. The height is 8cm when fully open and only 12mm in the folded position.The mechanism was specifically designed to be 3d printed in a particular orientation, to be as durable as possible, especially if the crate is opened and folded multiple times. &nbsp;<h4>Printing and Assembly</h4>&nbsp;Parts : Print 1x Bottom, 2x Short_side and 2x Long_sidePrinting profile : I printed all 5 pieces using the standard PrusaSlicer profile with 10% infill.Orientation : The STL files already have the right orientation.Supports : No support neededMaterial : I used PETG for durability but PLA is fine as wellPrinting time : Around 7h30 for all 5 pieces at 0.2mm per layer on my MK3S&nbsp;Assembly :  On every side, the face that was directly onto the print bed should be facing ouside. The sides are snapped into place on their pivot point. It is a tight fit but it is important for the crate to then stay in one piece. The print profile includes all the objects separated by color.

3d miniature of Hamburg, Germany!&nbsp;Model created in Blender using the <a target="_blank" href="https://github.com/vvoovv/blosm" rel="nofollow noopener">Blosm</a> addon.&nbsp;Check out my collection of other miniature cities: <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/u/1935755220/collections/146964" rel="nofollow noopener">https://makerworld.com/en/u/1935755220/collections/146964</a>&nbsp;<h3>Printing & Slicing Details</h3>&nbsp;This model was designed to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.16mm layer heights.Try using a 0.2mm nozzle (0.08mm layer heights) or scaling up for even finer detail!&nbsp;Note: If roads or other small details disappear after slicing, try lowering the extrusion/line width of external perimeters (outer walls) closer to 0.4mm OR use Arachne walls (can also enable “Detect Thin Walls”).&nbsp;<h3>Framing Details</h3>&nbsp;This model measures almost exactly 6.7in by 4.7in (170.5mm X 119.5mm) and should fit most 5x7 frames (assuming frame lip/overlap is around a quarter inch). It's an ideal decorative piece for anyone with a sweet tooth and an appreciation for this scrumptious treat. 🍫🌟 If you don't have or don't want to install LED's you can just glue the parts together and have an awesome sign!&nbsp;Materials and tools: - glue gun - aluminum tape - led strip (here is the one I <a target="_blank" href="https://pt.aliexpress.com/item/1005004253095880.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.16.1df1caa45b098E&gatewayAdapt=glo2bra" rel="nofollow noopener">use</a>): simple 1m white led USB- soldering iron (optional)&nbsp;RECOMMENDATIONS- use a textured PEI sheet - use the print profile, it has quite a few setting changes that help achieve the best results - make a hole for the USB strip wherever you like it best with a soldering iron, drill or in the slicer- use the aluminum tape on the inside of the backplate to help with light diffusion - glue the LED's the further away from the colored design possible; placing them too close ruins the diffusion and the individual LED's become visible Bambu Studio Settings: I always recommend using the print profile I provided since it has settings with which I've been able to get the best results.
