Strange Bambulab behavior. I was asking for a gift card, so they started to check my printing profile where i earned the point of. There was 7 print profile without a pricutre of the print result. So they rejected the gift card and also remove all these print profiles. Okay, it is not according to the communities rules but a lot of comment proves, my print profiles are working! i allready clamed each printprofile and send pictures of the prints i made my self! @OfficialSupport To be honest this is rediculous! You first check the print profile when the user ask for a gift card? This is not the way you should displease your community member!(Edited)
