tonight i solved a problem that i've had for nearly a decade! the piece of plastic that houses the magnet to keep my sliding door blind shut has been broken since before we bought our house. i have friends that work at the manufacturer to see if they can source the part, i learned that it was called a "VertiGlide" cap and the particular one i need (with the right studs) has been out of production for years. i'm so glad to have solved this problem that was a decade in the making.

I usually have all of these adapters sitting on top of my tower and i kept knocking them over so I decided to create a caddy for them. I know it's a highly specific model that is essentially self-tailored to my own personal needs and it's only my 2nd model I've ever made from scratch but I thought I'd share it anyways.
