Instead of paying extra for re-usable spools when I ordered my A1 Mini, I just ordered refills and then I used this design to print my own spools. They work perfectly, with a nub to fit into the notch in the cardboard tube, interlocking halves with a lock to prevent it from coming undone, and a very satisfying click when the two halves connect! I think this spool is gorgeous!
