#2024 Annual Summary I started with 3D printing several years ago, with a pair of printers from Kickstarter - the Flux Delta+ and Kodama Trinus. Got interested in 3D printing due to ability to make custom enclosures for electronics projects, and got somewhat distracted by the ability to just print off designs created by others. Picked up a Voxelab Aquila X2 along the way for cheap, and thought that was a step up. But then I was lucky enough to be given an A1 + AMS lite (essentially for Christmas), and have been simply amazed at the quality and speed that it works at compared to the "old clunkers" I have (touchwood the Trinus is still going strong, doing the occasional ABS print). As well as the ability to do easily do multi-coloured prints. I would just like to say a big thank you to Bambu Labs for their great hardware, and for the MakerWorld community they are developing... it has gotten me interested in 3D printing again (dare I say excited?), as well as getting somewhat organised with a fair amount of gridfinity and multiboard prints on the horizon!
