I have an X2D printer, and I can hear a grinding/scraping noise when the bed moves up and down. The noise is more noticeable when the build plate is moving down than when it is moving up.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can it be fixed?

In my case, the issue was fixed by tightening a loose belt tensioning screw located on the underside of the printer.(Edited)
