Started in the 3D printing and design world October 2024. I prefer to design technical stuff and I'm using Autodesk Fusion. All my models are used without AI - all is handmade. For the images I use AI for better presentation (and because my drawing skills s*cks!)

Before having a 3D printer, I often spent 25 EUR having a paper calendar printed, because I couldn't make the spiral back myself. Now, with a 3D printer, I can easily print this myself! The smallest wall hanger (20 mm) uses as little as 4 grams of filament whereas the biggest (A4) uses 45 grams.

Hi, Previously I used to check "all" (printers) when I uploaded a print profile. And when I looked at my model later, all models were represented. Now it is only the A1 model (my printer) which is showing. When I open the profile, I can see that all models are still checked. Is this a new thing? And should I install all printers on my model in order to be able to make all printers available?

I needed a small table near my bed, so I designed this little table which fits perfectly on an IKEA Neiden bed (or, I quess, any bed with a frame thickness about 18-20 mm). It is 100% printed - no other tools needed!

Just got this printer a few week ago and I am now playing with a 3D app to create my own models. But my first public design is going to be this, almost 2D feather bookmark which was made on request from my dear, book-reading wife!
