I saw a lot of zero clearance inserts for Bosch 12" miter saw, but none for 10". So i created one. It is snug fit, you really don't need screws to hold the plate. But you have the option. I haven't tried with screws.

I bought a model to print from https://cults3d.com/en/orders/154268234 but it didn't fit well … So I learned fusion 360 and created my own. Let me know if you need any improvements. I can send you the f3d file (fusion360 file) as well.
