Printer on a Bambu H2D via the AMS2 using Inland TPU for MFS. Was a little worried about the overhang, but printed fine, increased the dameter to 28mm for my application in an attic fan thermostat enclosure. Thanks.

Needed to resize to fit my requirements, but was a great starting point that saved me a lot of effort. I was worried the small 6 mm magnets would be too weak. but actually were strong enough to make it difficult to remove the cover. Added a slot to make it easier to grip and remove the front panel. In this case the walls are to be painted a teal color, and I tried to match with the closest I had on hand, a Polymaker Teal HTPLA. We did not want to redo the drywall, and were trying to cover an existing hole for a valve at our subdivision's pool house, and hide the valve. The box will be attached to the wall with screws, the left column of holes is above a stud, but will add drywall anchors on the right.
Thanks for posting the design.

Printed from PETG, easy print. The left and right peices that fit the sides of my H2D were a loose fit, had to hold in palce while slipping in the spool holder section, but otherwise works great.

"if you lay it face down and its next to impossible to get the supports out without breaking it. But does not require supports if you stand it up...... I am open to suggestions"
I kinda took this as a challenge, incomplete success. I removed most of the back clip, left small clips easily accessed to remove support. Tried a few ways to print supports, tree, raft, PETG on PLA, PLA on PETG, Bambu support for PLA, painted/auto. What halfway works was to use Bambu support for PLA only on the end of the clip that sits about 1/8" away from the faceplate, and let printer (try to) print rest of the clip as a overhang.
I had 7 clips on the back, never get all 7 to print correctly, but 3 or 4 come out ok, enough to hold the faceplate firmly on. In the pics, note the "black support for PLA" supporting the end of the clip. Still optimizing, if one clip prints, should get all.
The top drawer shown is this faceplate printed face down, (below is a clip on label I designed),

Great looking addon, and functional.
I modified this a bit to better fit on BBS3dgarage (https://makerworld.com/en/models/1748206-harbor-freight-mini-toolbox-cart#profileId-1858319) mini toolbox cart. I liked the look and function of the support framework and tray a lot, but it didn't quite fit this cart. Moving the brackets around, meant I had to change the print orientation, which required another small change to the supports. I think its a slight bit faster to print and requires less supports, at least for me. Posted as a remix.

Easy print. I used Bambu red basic PLA, pretty close, but not perfect match with USG red. As you might suspect, other brands of toolboxes (see Kobalt in pic) fit.
A little tricky to fit the two halves together, but once done, its all very solid. I just used double stick tape to attach the casters to the bottom.
Thanks for the design.

Printed from PETG, I used to hold alumina beads. Capacity is about 30 grams. Fits well in Bambu reusable spools, but hit or miss on spools from other brands. Thanks for providing the design.
