Meet the periodic table, printed on a chainmail. I got into 3D printing recently as a hobby. After printing several models of all kinds (fidgets, engineering projects, miniatures), I've decided to give fusion 360 a try. I initially designed very small objects. Then, I took on the ambitious project of designing a Math clock, then a chemistry clock. I have been fascinated by print-in-place mechanisms. So, I wanted to learn how to design a chainmail. Because I have recently designed a chemistry clock, it inspired me to design a flexible periodic table on a chainmail. And out came this project.
