With this simple lap counter addon for the Marble Run 003 you have the marble races for 5 marbles under your control. Winner, second and third of the race can place the marble on the podium and enjoy the glory…&nbsp;Easy to print and easy to assemble. Only pay attention to the small triangle connectors for the connection between the podium and the counter.&nbsp;There are two Print Profiles, 0.20mm Standard and 0.16mm Optimal. <h3>TL;DR</h3><ul><li>Faster print and less manual work, achieved by tweaking the plates and slicer settings.</li><li>Longer drawers, utilizing the full 256mm size of the print bed.</li><li>Magnets in drawers/rails for added awesomeness!</li><li>Manual supports already added on the print profile on the correct places.</li><li>Print & assembly quite self explanatory.</li><li>Total height (with the AMS lid open) just under 21in or about 53,5cm.</li><li>Compatible with the original <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/75221#profileId-90851" rel="nofollow noopener">AMS Stand</a>! If you have already printed that, just print the longer rails and drawers from this!</li><li>Check out also the <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/172033#profileId-188868" rel="nofollow noopener">Gridfinity drawers</a>!</li></ul><h3>Why?</h3>I was looking for a storage solution for all of my 3D printing tools, bits, and pieces which were laying around just somewhere near the printer, when I ran into <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/75221#profileId-90851" rel="nofollow noopener">this awesome AMS Stand</a> by <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/u/4281799844" rel="nofollow noopener">PS11-Print</a> (btw. all the credit should go to them, my contribution is rather minimal in comparison). First of all I noticed that the existing print profiles were rather slow and I was able to shave hours off the total printing time by combining items to same plates and making a few setting tweaks.I also think that a couple of small supports under the Stand left/right/center pieces are quite mandatory, because otherwise sagging is extremely likely and the X-connector pieces won't fit properly. I added these supports manually, and included in the print profile. There might be some additional sagging on higher layers of these same pieces, but those are just visual and don't affect the functionality. Other pieces print fine without supports.&nbsp;After some printing (and to my great dismay I might add) I noticed that my favourite caliper didn't fit into the drawers! I'm not sure why the drawers were originally designed to be 236.25mm long, but I resized them to the maximum size which still fits the bed of the Bambu Lab printers; 256mm. I also made the corresponding modifications to the rails (aka. "Connector ledge" pieces). Magnets are just plain fun so while I was at it, I also added some holes for magnets! With the magnets, the drawers snap satisfyingly in place and stay in place even despite shaking from the AMS/printer.<h3>What to print?</h3>When printing this you will need the following:<ul><li>Plate 1 - Stands (x1)</li><li>Plate 2 - Walls x2</li><li>Plate 3 - Connectors (x1)</li><li>Plate 4 - X-connector x2</li><li>Plate 5 - 40mm drawer x4</li><li>Plate 6 - 30mm drawer x2</li><li>Plate 7 - Bambu logos (x1)</li></ul>The last plate is optional in regards to the functionality, and needs to be glued on. Personally I hate playing with super glue, but in this case it's rather quick, clean and nice improvement to the appearance of the drawers. A lot of other additional parts and accessories are available in the <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/75221#profileId-90851" rel="nofollow noopener">original model</a> and the other remixes; check also them out!&nbsp;I used Bambu PLA Basic Green and Bambu PLA Basic Black for the structural parts and SUNLU Matte PLA Back for the drawers… but that was just because I happened to have those at hand. Anything else will probably work just as well.<h3>Magnets?</h3>The print profile includes pauses for the magnets on the plates 3, 5, and 6 at the appropriate layers. In case you don't care about the magnets, just skip this paragraph and ignore/remove the pauses from plates 3, 5, 6. The holes are mainly designed for 10x1mm disk magnets, but there is some extra space, since I have noticed that <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.de/-/en/dp/B0BZ45QB3Y" rel="nofollow noopener">some</a> of the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B082Z8PV1G" rel="nofollow noopener">disk magnets</a> from Amazon aren't always exactly the same size as advertised. I didn't have any issues with the magnets flying out and/or being attracted to the nozzle/print head, but feel free to use a dab of super glue when in doubt… by the very least it'll keep the magnets from rattling inside the prints. One should however pay close attention to the direction of the magnets. The models are positioned in the print profile so that the magnets will have the correction orientation as long as they are slotted in the same way for every hole; meaning that you should for example face the south of each magnet always towards the front of the printer. Probably easiest to achieve if you first put the magnets in a single pile, mark for example a plus-sign on the topmost magnet, keep that side always faced towards yourself and place the magnets to the holes of the prints from the opposite end of the pile. Just make sure not to accidentally place the magnets inside the infills.<h3>Update 5/2/2024</h3>Added a lip to the front of the 40mm drawers so that the gap between the drawers is a bit smaller and the final look of the stand as a whole is a bit nicer.Also published <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/172033#profileId-188868" rel="nofollow noopener">Gridfinity support for the AMS Stand drawers</a>, check it out for further organizing needs!

I'm a bit of an Apple fan, but sadly, I cannot afford one of these babies! Thankfully, my Bambu printer is up to the job and can make me a good-looking replica that I will use for hiding my desk snacks in.&nbsp;This (roughly) 1/2 scale model of the Apple Mac Pro has been designed to be a desktop trash can, storage or just a desk decoration. Use it how you like. The finished print stands approximately 28cm high (or maybe 11 inches at different places on earth).&nbsp;NOTE: For this model, I have decided not to upload the STL files directly, as for a successful print, using the print profile is ESSENTIAL. The profile has settings for things like seams, support, the first layer and adjustments to the hole compensation to ensure a successful print.&nbsp;SECOND NOTE: I know that many people like to scale the models up and down. I would not recommend scaling this one. The most likely thing to turn to 💩 would be the 'cheese grater' front panel followed by the handle.&nbsp;The model in the photo was printed in Bambu Basic PLA Gray (even though I could not get the photos to look anything like the real colour).&nbsp;Assembly Instructions: 1. Print all of the plates 2. Remove any 'mouse ears' and brims from the parts 3. Clean up the parts as required. 4. Screw the feet to the base of the main body 5. Insert the handles into the top plates and use the nuts to secure them. Finger-tightness is fine 6. Insert each handle plate into the top of the bin and then move to the front or rear end. It will click into place. 7. With the lid, GENTLY get your finger under the handle and SLOWLY work it up and back. Start with small movements so as not to break the print-in-place joint. 8. Superglue the logo pieces to the side (you could leave them off if you want). 9. Place the lid on top. 10. Go back to my MakerWorld page and press like, post a photo, give five stars and write a really lovely comment that your Mum would approve of. 11. Post a photo to your social media, ensuring that you link back to MakerWorld.&nbsp;Thanks for looking at this model.
