From drafting table to digital workspace, my 20 year journey as an industrial designer has been driven by one passion: bringing ideas to life.
What began in traditional design studios evolved into 3D printing, where I found the perfect blend of creativity and function.
My designs have travelled from concept sketches to retail shelves. Now, I channel that commercial experience into models that make everyday life better.
Join me as I explore where industrial design principles meet at-home 3D printing capabilities.

#Parametrichomedecor Thank you @mafagrafos for hosting this design contest, I was very excited to find out about it, it's absolutely perfect for me!
I discovered 3d printing over 20 years ago during a tour at Ravensbourne where I went on to study Product Design. They taught us to use SolidWorks, I had barely used a computer before so I was certain I would fail, but I really wanted to use the 3d printer, by the end I was the go to guy for 3d. I spent a lot of time 3d modelling and rendering other peoples products, many never saw the light of day, so I was never encouraged to design my own products. I just always imagine that guy on Dragons Den who re-mortgaged his house for a cucumber cover.
It wasn't 'til about three years ago that I got my first 3d printer and it almost made me want to stop 3d printing, that was until someone recommended to me a Bambu Printer. My P1S has been going strong for over a year with hardly any maintenance, it's honestly a feat of engineering, the only product I rate higher is my Roomba i7 which has been going for nearly 6.
MakerWorld has actually been a lifeline to me with their incentive program, not long after Nano Banana released most of my rendering work went, that did give me more time to work on my own products and release them on MakerWorld. I mostly like to create models that benefit from 3d printing or can only be done on a 3d printer. The customisation options are such an amazing feature of MakerWorld, giving people the opportunity to create things that are truly unique.
This Skadis Shelf Generator is one of a series of customisable models I have published recently. My criteria for this was that was that it should only take up one row of pegs, does not sag, printable on any size printer, span any length and interlocking joints.
The shelf thickness is 15mm as an aesthetic choice and also because the height of the pegs are 15mm so I wanted the shelf to cover them, the sagging is solve by angling the brackets up slight, which flattens under load, you can add more backets depending how deep or how heavy the items you plan to place on the shelf are. The brackets can be made quite strong so it really depends on how well your pegboard is attached.
Good luck everyone!

Hello everyone!
Following the incredible response to the Cast Net Slip-ons, I wanted to create something even more casual, comfortable, and easy to wear. I took the parametric lattice technology we developed and applied it to a classic, open-heel silhouette.

Gridfinity Stackable Parametric Drawers
Like many of you, my workbench is in a constant battle against chaos. To help win that fight, I'm excited to introduce my brand new solution: a fully parametric drawer system designed for the Gridfinity ecosystem.
The problem is, a pre-made size is never quite right. I realised the true power of 3D printing is creating perfectly tailored solutions, which is why I've designed this system from the ground up to be completely customisable. Check it out now!

Presenting the Stanley Cup Straw Stopper, my final submission for the Built to Flex contest. It was a toss up between this and a replacement lid, with only a few days left this seemed like a good shout.
A lot of my prints can take many hours so it's nice to have something that takes less the 30 minutes and I would say it's good way to use up left over filament but it uses so little you would struggle to do even that.

For this MakerWorld diorama challenge, I’ve recreated the iconic Minecraft Stronghold in a format scaled to fit LEGOs-style characters (shown here with a placeholder figure for scale).
It’s a detailed, modular tribute that captures the final portal room using textured bricks, minecart-inspired surface patterns, and warm LED lighting to bring the scene to life.

I wanted to solve the eternal phone case dilemma: choosing just one style when your mood changes daily.
This modular system separates protection from personalization. The TPU bumper handles drops while PLA back panels provide unlimited texture and color options. Print a collection and swap them out based on your outfit, mood, or occasion.
The 0.12mm layer height captures intricate details that make each texture truly tactile. What patterns would you want to see in the next release?

Presenting the 3D printable Air Jordan 1 – bringing this iconic design into the modern world of 3D printing.
My goal was to design a wearable shoe that retained the feel of this familiar and beloved design, To try and prove that we don't have to create futuristic space shoes for 3D printing applications. While making the design suitable for 3D printing was manageable, making them wearable did prove to be the greater challenge.

My Bambu spools deserved better than sitting exposed collecting dust and moisture.
This storage bin combines the versatility of Gridfinity with specific features for Bambu spools - with dedicated desiccant pocket to keep filament dry .
As a long-time Gridfinity user, I wanted to create something that integrated perfectly with existing setups while solving the specific challenges of Bambu Lab filament storage.
What other Gridfinity modules would you find useful?

I've always loved how the tiny Monopoly hotel pieces look, so I decided to create something special: this storage box is a perfect 10:1 scale model of the iconic Monopoly house/hotel!
Every detail is proportionally scaled up from the original game piece, while functioning as a practical storage solution for cards and tokens. The hinged lid provides easy access while staying true to the hotel's design.

I developed a custom 3D puzzle generator tool that created this design! It allows adjusting dimensions, piece count, interlocking complexity, and even shape types (cubes/spheres/planar).
This puzzle is just one configuration of endless possibilities, each with a unique solution path.
Follow for more puzzle designs! I'll be releasing various difficulty levels and may share the generator itself in the future.
