HELP PLEASE
i just got my printer (A1 Combo) not too long ago. my first few prints were great! but now the layers arent smooth and the nozzle is knocked it off the plate. ive cleaned the plate but thats honestly made it worse. looked up a glue sticj but most people are saying thatss for easy removal.

My gf got me an A1 from facebook and the seller didntt inckude the sd card. with some research i realized i could just buy a new one. got the new one and when i click “format” nothjng happens. the sd card is 64Gb oon branded #Help!
