After printing this excellent arbor press, I designed a simple TPU insert to prevent the metal press head from marking printed parts. The fit is intentionally snug and can be pressed into place using the arbor press itself. The rounded head reduces the need for heavy chamfers or fillets, while the compact diameter still allows full retraction. Easy to remove, replace and adapt to your needs.
