I would like to use this kirigami inspired parachute for model rocket recovery. However I do not know how to fold it :) I thought about TPU (which folds nicely and is super durable) but at least this design opens too much even with three layers of TPU (0.6mm) while already waying as much as my 15g test mass. Any ideas? I would try to use a harder TPU as well as making shorter cuts in the model.
