Bio
Independent scientific visualisation researcher working between science, technology, and visual storytelling. I develop camera-based systems that integrate directly into laboratory instruments, including centrifuges, to reveal physical processes in real time. The imagery is converted into quantitative data, enabling access to otherwise difficult-to-measure physical parameters. My work connects scientific instrumentation with visual exploration, creating tools for research, analysis, and communication across academia and industry.

This is my version of the OBI enclosure, focused on a more robust and durable 3D-printed design. The housing was fully redesigned around the mechanical constraints of both the OBI electronics and original Makita battery hardware. A key addition is the integrated Makita-style locking mechanism, allowing the device to securely click into place using the original battery release system, improving stability, robustness, and overall ergonomics during use.
