So, I’ve been working on a project in my workshop. I have a restored 1971 Mercedes W108 280S. I’ve swapped the wheels for custom Intra wheels from an R107, but they’re missing the center hub caps. I checked online and the price for a set of four is quite steep. Luckily, I have a friend who owns an R107, so I borrowed one and 3D modeled it to be used as a pattern for aluminum casting. ​This model is an improvement over the first version; this is Version 2, which looks more authentic and is much tougher.
