can I edit Makerlab item to 3d prints? I have stuff I want to move around, and even remove parts. Is there a way?

can I adjust or fix the 3d image to print file that comes from MakerLab in anyway? If so how can I export it to another software? I made a print buts its very jagged lined and not smooth. #Makerlab(Edited)
