Battery dispenser for AA batteries.Push the lever and a battery will be presented.Can hold 26 AA batteries.<ul><li>Adjustable width for smooth, problem-free loading of batteries. (≤Ø14.5mm)</li></ul>Please use designer print profiles as these are the only ones that are always up to date.&nbsp;Also, check out this in an <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/396440#profileId-297756" rel="nofollow noopener">AAA version</a> and the <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/198851#profileId-219450" rel="nofollow noopener">AAA Mechanical Battery Dispenser Slide</a>.&nbsp;Printed model consists of 2 print profiles, “V3 Main Parts” (0.2mm) and “V3 Leveling Parts” (0.15mm).3 plates of parts:<ul><li>Main parts. 0.2mm layer height:<ul><li>Painted 2 color print(2 filament changes). ~5h5m (For one color print, set both filament slots to the same color)</li></ul></li><li>Guide rail. 0.16 layer height. 1 color. ~1h4m</li><li>Leveling knobs. 0.16 layer height. 1 color. ~44m</li></ul>For the leveling knobs I have had success with 0.15mm tolerance, but I have also added an option for 0.2mm.There is a print plate containing test prints to check which is best for you (left one is 0.15mm), as well as separate plates for all knobs with either tolerance.The knob should snap free with minimal force and should have minimal play in the axial direction.Print sequence is by object, as this has given me best results when printing multiple.&nbsp;Assembly:&nbsp;Tools needed:<ul><li>Flat head screwdriver ~3.5mm.</li></ul>During assembly always check rotational freedom of the lever after each step. If it binds, check if the printed parts are smooth. Cut away any faults in the print.&nbsp;1.<ul><li>Insert the lever in the casing. There is a slotted hole in the casing which needs to line up with the lever pin. Push to insert, and rotate multiple times both ways until the rotation is more or less friction free.</li><li>Repeat steps above for the other side.</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/771614/2024-02-11_39cb8ba348c5c.png"></figure><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:16.69%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/771614/2024-02-16_696d5b597a4e5.gif"></figure>&nbsp;2.<ul><li>Insert the inner stoppers on both casings, protruding inside the lever groove, and insert the mid plate. The plate will keep the stoppers locked in place.</li><li>Do the same for the front stoppers, and insert the front plate.</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/771614/2024-02-11_5da3f8c4a6d3c.png"></figure>3.<ul><li>Insert the handle. Check that the handle can move freely up and down.</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/771614/2024-02-11_03b3c1c458c53.png"></figure>4.<ul><li>Insert the springs. They should be inserted as shown in the pictures, with the pin at the lowest point.</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/771614/2024-02-12_28498c0d0830b.png"></figure><ul><li>Tension the springs and put the pin in the lever.</li><li>Insert the lower stiffener (Top in below picture).</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/771614/2024-02-12_7320db61e4d09.png"></figure><ul><li>Insert spring guides as shown. The flat one is friction fit into the cut-outs on the mid plate. The spring center one is dove-tailed.</li><li>Check the handle movement after this step, make sure it moves to its end (top) position by itself.</li></ul>5.<ul><li>Check the quality of the threaded bolt.</li><li>Use the printed tool to hold the leveling knob. Rest the bolt against a table and carefully, with no excessive force, turn the screw while holding the tool until it snaps free. Once free there should be minimal play in the axial direction. Do this for all knobs. If the knob is stuck, try the 0.2mm tolerance version.</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/771614/2024-02-12_411dce1e012b4.png"></figure><ul><li>Trial fit the knob bolts in the guide rail threads. There might be some initial friction here, so enter the threads and turn a few degrees, then back again, then gradually increasing the turn for each go back and forth until the thread is completely set. Be patient here, don't use excessive force.</li></ul>6.<ul><li>Push in the leveling knobs in the casing. There is a slot in the knob and in the casing that should match up.</li><li>Use the printed tool, and twist the knob clock-wise until it sets. No need to overtighten. For the lower one you have to push the handle down to gain access.</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/771614/2024-03-17_5afc523ed3444.png"></figure><ul><li>Insert the guiderail on the opposite side of the casing, and screw in the bolts. Do a couple of turns for all, then go back and gradually tighten in multiple goes until all bolts are seated. The guiderail and its position is what keeps the batteries rolling smoothly down when loading the dispenser. Too wide and the batteries will fly out, too narrow and the batteries will jam.</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/771614/2024-02-12_7ac74cca77c45.png"></figure>7.<ul><li>Final step is to install the last 2 stiffeners.</li></ul>&nbsp;Width adjustment:<ul><li>To widen the gap, turn the bolt clock-wise.</li><li>To narrow the gap, turn the bolt counter-clock-wise.</li><li>Start by turning all the bolts on full turn counter-clock-wise.</li><li>Grab your battery and insert it in the dispenser and hold it in front of the leveling knob. Adjust the knob so there is minimal play in the battery's axial direction. Continue this for all knobs.</li><li>Once done, release the battery from the top and observe its rolling down the slide. Adjust where necessary and your done.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;I advice using the original (designer) profiles, as these always have the latest changes incorporated.&nbsp;Would appreciate some feedback if this dispenser works with your batteries, or if you have any issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

100 x 100 x 4mm Bambu Lab (A1, P1, P1S, X1, X1C) build plate drink coaster with auto-bed leveling. I printed it using PETG but any filament should work. There are two versions. One with text and purge lines and one without (blank top).&nbsp;For an A1 Mini version check out the <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/129619#profileId-140513" rel="nofollow noopener">Bambu Lab A1 Mini Build Plate Drink Coaster</a>. Used the default settings for the “0.16mm Optimal @BBLX1C” system preset except for the following: Quality > Line width: 0.42mm Strength > Walls > Wall loops: 3 Strength > Top/Bottom shell layers: 4 Strength > Sparse infill > Sparse infill density: 15% Speed > First layer speed > First layer: 40mm/s Speed > First layer speed > First layer infill: 85mm/s&nbsp;&nbsp;If you have a Bambu Lab AMS, AMS Lite, or any printer that can print two or more colors on the same layer, and you're using the Bambu Studio or Orca slicers, then follow these steps, or load the ‘3mf’ file, or you could just print using the print profile.<ol><li>Load the step file</li><li>Make sure you have at least two filament colors. The first one a light color (white) and the second one a darker color (black).</li><li>Split the model ‘To Parts’</li><li>Paint the model: I found that the best way to paint the coaster was to set the base filament color to the color that you want the text to be (light color). Then find the build plate part under “Objects” which should be the first part, then select the darker filament color from the ‘Filament’ color dropdown.</li><li>Flip the coaster face down to get a smooth or textured top surface.</li></ol>
