I designed this Dual-Bearing V-Groove Roller because I needed a simple cheap EMT conduit roller for a router sled for flattening large slabs. Typically, router sleds utilize dedicated linear bearings that come in kits that are undersized for large slabs, or are made of plywood. I am using portable but thick EMT conduit and these rollers for a quick to set up reliable router sled.

Parametric EMT Tubing Generator I made this because I needed to test an EMT tube roller design but didn't have any EMT conduit on hand. Instead of buying a 10-foot pole just to check a fit, I wrote this customizable model. It generates standard US trade sizes (1/2" to 4"). Useful for: Fitment Testing: Check your design tolerances before buying actual EMT tubing. Functional Parts: Printing custom spacers, rails, frames, marble runs, etc.

My last project was a playpen, which needed evenly spaced dowels, and mortises for the hinges--which were also printed. I created this model in Python with solidpython2, which generates the OpenSCAD, and has adjustable parameters that allow you to modify key values like dowel spacing and mortise dimensions. These values are already quite flexible in MakerWorld's Parametric Model Maker, but for even more control, you can modify the source here: https://github.com/LewisCollum/scadpy
