Sourced from the same 1970s publicity photo as my other bald, smiling Tom Baker, this sculpt includes a neck with a receptacle at the bottom, to fit sixth-scale action figures with a concave opening atop the shoulders and a mounting ball in the middle. The hole going up through the neck is pretty big, a half-inch in diameter, so some creativity will probably be need to make a snug fit.

I'm a longtime fan of Tom Baker as Doctor Who, and I've always preferred action figures of him to have some form of wig or doll hair, rather than sculpted, because I want the hat jammed down over his curls. I have a serious-faced version, but wanted that iconic grin, so I used AI to make a bald version of a publicity still, and generated the model here, before editing it in MS 3D Builder.
