Bio
I got into 3D printing as a hobbyist and got completely hooked. Building my own bike parts eventually turned into a career when I was scouted by a major AM machine manufacturer. Since then, I've been working in additive manufacturing professionally for more than six years, focused on production, qualification, quality assurance, and process reliability across AM technologies.
I still love being a hobbyist and enjoy experimenting with materials, improving designs, and finding novel solutions to problems. My profile sits somewhere between DIY maker spirit and professional AM know how.

Updated design of a double flanged connector for the hoses of portable air conditioners of the dual hose kind, hose diameter 150 mm.
The file contains to versions:
1. Open
2. To secondary hose
The images feature an older version. This new one is optimized, double flanged, and contains a hole for an M5 bolt and nut to properly connect and fix the two connectors together.
Printing is recommended with 0.6 mm nozzle or larger. Exhaust should be printed in high temp material such as ASA.

Soft TPU cushion pad for crutch handles. It increases the grip diameter from 30 to 40 mm for better comfort, especially for larger hands. It clips onto the handle and can also be glued in place. Printed here in VarioShore 60A at 45% infill, but results depend on your TPU. The model has steep overhangs, so low layer height, supports, or post print cleanup may be needed.

A printable grounding ring for flush two-pin EU outlets that normally lack earth contact. It embeds a salvaged metal clamp during printing (inserted at layer 179) to create a secure ground path for Schuko plugs. The attached green-yellow wire connects to a verified ground nearby. Ideal for labs or workshops needing temporary grounding. Not for recessed sockets or high-power devices.
