I generally just solder two LED strips together, though I realize there are clips/clamps that will do the same thing, I never seem to have them when I need them. I created this jig to make it easier to solder 2 10mm LED strips together. I also, somewhat reluctantly, created one that you can put short 22 gauge wires in between the LED light strips. Make sure to peel enough insulation off the ends or it will burn and stick to the jig. These jigs need to be printed in PETG at the least as the soldering iron comes in close proximity. Even then, plan to print one every once in a while, fortunately, they are small and print in 11 minutes on my PS1. On the plate in the .3MF there is the default for wires, and one for slightly smaller wires. There are now four files, each with a chunk of the alphabet.&nbsp;I reccomend changing the colors in BambuStudio by adjusting them in the selector on the left side and not with the paint tool so that you dont accidentally create more color changes than needed.&nbsp;2/17/24 Revision made to correct files for letters N, P & E not all colors appeared on first layer, they do now.

Here is a Jonny Quest lightbox. Im not sure how many people will be able to relate to this one. This use to be one of my favorite shows as a kid even tho it aired 20+ years before me. Im hoping that like myself, there are other fans that loved watching the reruns of this classic cartoon. This lightbox uses 7 colors which will require 2 AMS units. You could easily do this in black and white if you dont have the AMS units or you want a classic look. Due to the facial details, its recommended to use a .2 nozzle. I have uploaded a print profile for the .2 nozzle. From this profile the main case can be printed. To save time I would suggest you use standard .2 layer with .4 nozzle for the rear case and stand. &nbsp;I may end up making a reverse version of this model which would save a lot of time. The face would be more or less the cover and could be printed by itself with the .2 nozzle while everything else could be printed with the standard .4 nozzle. I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments section and know what classic shows you loved.

This is a PTFE tube guide for AMS Buffer outlet to the printers input.Ever have issues where the AMS is not able to feed or retract the filament after a printing or during multiple changes.
