Amazingly designed device that functions very well. However, I had a lot of issues which I believe is the fault of my printer having too tight of tolerances.

1. The tiny insert on the top of the blade seemed to be too thick to let it slide and it kept getting stuck on the internals whenever I would try to push the blade out. I ended up extremely reducing and cutting away a lot of the excess plastic on it as pictured and this eventually resulted in a sliding mechanism that worked well.
2. My 60mm blade was too long for the print profile. I ended up increasing the size of the blade sled so that the blade could sit further back inside of the mechanism.

This took a while and if anyone has similar issues feel free to reach out and I can give you the print profile that I was using.
