That's why I designed these boxes.  I developed a completely new closing mechanism utilizing the natural elasticity of the plastic for a satisfying snap-close.<h4>Filaments used in the pictures : <a target="_blank" href="https://formfutura.com?aff=7" rel="nofollow noopener">Li</a><a target="_blank" href="https://formfutura.com/product/refill-petg/?aff=7" rel="nofollow noopener">nk</a></h4><ul><li>FormFutura Refill PETG Signal Blue</li><li>FormFutura Refill PETG Iron Grey</li></ul>&nbsp;<h3>How to choose your size :</h3>&nbsp;There are 36 different sizes available to accommodate your needs, with dimensions specified in the name of each STL file. The three numbers correspond to the inside dimensions of the box, the first one is the width, the second is the length and the third is the depth.For example, the "Box_bottom_60_60_50" describes the box with inside dimensions of 60mm x 60mm x 50mm :<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/719091/2024-02-29_h9g3z0yeu3ti.jpg"></figure>The top has only two dimensions (width and length), which should correspond to the first two numbers of the bottom.For example, the "Box_top_60_60" will match the following bottoms :<ul><li>“Box_bottom_60_60_25”</li><li>“Box_bottom_60_60_50”</li><li>“Box_bottom_60_60_75”</li><li>“Box_bottom_60_60_100”</li></ul>The "Box_clip" is necessary for each box. The narrowest boxes will require one, while all the other boxes will require two.&nbsp;All the STL files are already oriented for optimal printing. I recommend PETG and infill of 15% or more.&nbsp;<h3>Assembly :</h3>&nbsp;The top and bottom snap fit together. To assemble them, just press them onto a table like this :<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/719091/2024-02-29_oiifzqba65c6.jpg"></figure>It is important to assemble them with this specific orientation as a groove will aid in snapping them into place.I find it easier to assemble one of the two hinges first with a twisting motion, and then press the second hinge as described above.&nbsp;Then insert the clips with a twisting motion like this :<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/719091/2024-02-29_t5kzv6lq2e4s.gif"></figure>When they are instaled, they are very sturdy and will hold the box closed as long as they are in place.Just make sure to install them with the right orientation to ensure easy box opening. <h3>A really loud, flat whistle that you can comfortably carry in your wallet.</h3>About the Whistle:With a thickness of only 3 mm, the flat whistle fits in any wallet. Despite its flat design, it&#39;s really loud. It is also possible to wear the whistle as a chain or attach it to a keychain.&nbsp;Sound:It has a clear double tone. Due to the size, the sound is quite high. But it is enough to get attention. &nbsp;Dimensions:43 x 22 x 3 mm (additional variants 43 x 22 x 4 mm - 43 x 22 x 5 mm - 39 x 11.5 x 3 mm)&nbsp;How to Print:I recommend using a nozzle size of 0.4 mm and a layer height of 0.2 mm. Don&#39;t use supports. It&#39;s very important that the first layer is perfect, because the wall thickness at the top and bottom is only 0.6 mm. If your printer is well leveled, however, there should be no problems.&nbsp;Troubleshooting:If your whistle doesn&#39;t work properly or you have problems printing a smooth top surface, make sure the <a target="_blank" href="https://help.prusa3d.com/article/layers-and-perimeters_1748#layer-height" rel="nofollow noopener">layer height</a> is set to 0.2 mm. This ensures that the bottom and top surfaces are printed at the correct thickness. You can also experiment with the <a target="_blank" href="https://help.prusa3d.com/article/layers-and-perimeters_1748#perimeters" rel="nofollow noopener">perimeter value</a> if there are problems with bridging. Any value between 2 - 3 is recommended. And last but not least, the <a target="_blank" href="https://help.prusa3d.com/article/layers-and-perimeters_1748#solid-layers-top-bottom" rel="nofollow noopener">solid top/bottom layer</a> should be set to at minimum 5 each.&nbsp;Print time:~ 10 - 20 min (depending on your settings)&nbsp;Happy whistling!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
