Poll on best Surface Pattern for PA6-GF (in comparison to ABS) So here´s my calamity ;-) .. I need to print a larger flat surface (which I can´t do on the print bed because of the shape of the model) hence looking for the best looking top surface pattern. the walls are printed with Fuzzy in 0.1 so they have this nice "rough" feeling and I am looking for a nice surface pattern to go with it. I have posted the relevant settings below. The example "pucks": the black one on the right is ABS for which I use the Hilbert curve which I think looks great and goes well with the fuzzy walls. The light grey one on the left is PA6-GF but somehow the fill pattern "shines" through even with 6 top layers. All Bambu Filament and apart from patterns, default settings. Does anyone have a recommendation on the best-looking surface pattern for PA6-GF or how to get the PA to look like the ABS surface ? PS this is a functional part, it will become a kitchen sink on a yacht that´s why I would prefer PA6-CF for stability and heat resistance (imagine boiling pasta water being poured out).
