This prints three layers of colour so the colours turn out nice and saturated and minimize waste. After the colour, there&#39;s one solid black layer, three layers of infill, and four final solid layers for the back for strength with the back pattern set to Hilbert Curve for a nice texture. There is a small hole in each model which is just large enough to fit a 1mm keychain jump ring. If you find it too small, you can modify the size of the “Keychain hole” object in BambuStudio to make it a little larger, or take a small drill bit and drill the final keychain to make it a little bigger!&nbsp;I purchased my <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07DC9YZXV/" rel="nofollow noopener">keychain set from Amazon</a> if you&#39;d like to get something similar!<img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000136252/design/2024-01-11_5a152f566c097.png">All models have been flipped face down on the print bed so the surface texture from the PEI plate gives them a nice textured surface! All the different pieces of the models are there if you want to play around with it. There is one black ‘back’ piece in each keychain, which is perfectly aligned to the rest of the model. This causes some flickering in the viewport when moving around, but it disappears after slicing. If you modify the settings of that piece, it will affect the infill settings, so if you want to save a little filament, feel free to adjust it there!<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000136252/design/2024-01-12_a95d546734b92.gif"></figure>I made some changes to the first layer and first layer infill speeds, reducing them both by about half. This increases the print time for the first layer, but increases the bed adhesion and print quality a bit. If you find that the first layer is printing too slow for your liking, feel free to reset them both back to default settings in the speed tab.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000136252/design/2024-01-12_bf1f2da44885a.png"></figure>If you want some extra crisp pixels, you can try printing these with the 0.2mm nozzle, but I didn&#39;t think the increased print time was really worth the extra quality. It&#39;s definitely noticeable, but I didn&#39;t think the tradeoff was there. Feel free to experiment and try it yourself!<img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000136252/design/2024-01-11_499753cc971ff.png">Want to remove the keychain hole? No problem! Each keychain has a “Keychain hole” object on each plate. Just select it, delete it, and re-slice!<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000136252/design/2024-01-12_b03c4f163cd0b.gif"></figure>Want to scale these up really large to make some wall art? Just delete the “Keychain hole” object, then scale the X and Y axis to fit your print bed. Keep the Z-Scale back to 3.08mm so you&#39;re not printing extra layers though!<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000136252/design/2024-01-12_ad2d6a9495777.gif"></figure>If you notice any settings that could be changed or improved, please let me know! You may need to adjust your bed adhesion to minimize elephant&#39;s foot (elephant foot compensation), nozzle temperature and flow rate. Too hot or too much molten filament extruded causes layers to be wider which will affect fitment of the parts.</li></ol><h4>ASSEMBLY</h4><ol><li>Use the supplied plates of varying sizes as base to attach individual block pieces. Do you have the following printer errors when printing with the AMS? Failed to pull out the filament from the extruder Failed to feed the filament into the toolheadWell, give this little mod a try!In my case, I found the most common cause of these errors to be the PTFE tube having too much of a curve as it enters the extruder. This little bracket easily clips onto the cable guide on top of the extruder body and keeps it straight.NOTE: This is a remix of Bambu Lab's own design, they are providing the (unmodified) STL file of this to some users who contact support about AMS problems. In this remix, I made the following changes:<ol><li>Added hole for the PTFE tube instead of open-bottom, this way the tube does not slide out as the print head moves.</li><li>Modified design for easier printing with no supports needed.</li><li>Shaved 2mm off the top of the model so it can never bang against the glass lid of the printer like Bambu's design did.</li><li>Orientated the model properly for printing.</li><li>Added windows on the side for a more mechanical look and visibility of PTFE tube.</li></ol>Will it fix your problems?Maybe, maybe not. I think the AMS system on this printer needs a lot of refinement, but since I have created this and installed it, I have noticed a lot less error messages. It's only 1.3 grams of filament and 5 minutes to print, so give it a shot. Printing settings:<ul><li>Print in PETG, ABS, ASA, Poly, or Nylon. PLA will not survive.</li><li>Print at 0.16mm layer height with 0.4mm nozzle.</li><li>Print with a large brim around the base - I recommend 15mm brim.</li><li>No supports are needed with most materials.</li></ul>How to install:<ol><li>Straighten PTFE tube (bend) by hand to be very straight (according to Bambu).</li><li>Slide PTFE tube through hole in bracket.</li><li>Insert PTFE tube into extruder to lock in place.</li><li>Slide the straightener down the PTFE tube and onto the coupler inside the extruder.</li><li>Press it down onto the coupler inside the extruder to lock into place.</li><li>If properly installed it should swivel around, and look like the photos.</li></ol>Leave a rating and some feedback!Let me know if this helps at all, and also let me know if you can think of any improvements I could make to the design.
