Hey everyone 👋 I just published a magnetic 100 mm exhaust hose adapter. It’s a simple male/female magnetic connector that lets you attach or remove your exhaust hose in seconds, no tools needed. I made this because I didn’t want the hose permanently attached when printing PLA, but still wanted an easy way to extract fumes when printing ABS, PETG, nylon, etc. The magnets are 5 mm diameter, and the fit is solid while still being easy to separate. Ikea legs are too long sometimes

This is the first thing I’ve ever designed and printed on my first 3D printer! 🎉 It’s a stand for my Onewheel Pint, based on a remix of an existing design, with added space to store the charger inside. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out, printed in PLA, no supports, and it’s been holding up great so far. Still a lot to learn, but it feels awesome to go from idea > design > something useful I can actually use every day
