An electric guitar with the look of the Prusacaster guitar, but fully redesigned from scratch for Bambu Lab X1 and P1 printers, smaller printers (bed smaller than 256x256mm) won't be able to print this guitar.All parts can be printed flat, open the 3mf Orca 1.8 file to see how I placed them on the bed.The holes have been placed to fit the 12.2023 version of the “Harley Benton Electric Guitar Kit T-Style” bought from Thomann French site, the bridge has 5 holes and the HB brand logo is written on it.The parts are maintained together with M4 inserts and screws (see pictures), mainly used 16 and 20mm long, no glue required.Join the two center parts first, then add the left and right parts.There is a possibility to add 5V LED and battery (I've used a 18650B lithium cell) to make a lightning effect behind the pickguard, an ON/OFF switch is added on the button plate. I've used a micro lipo USB kit from Adafruit to charge the battery, a hole to insert the USB cable is placed on top of the right part. Event powered at 3.7V the LED are bright enough.Print the pickguard with a black (or another dark color) center, and ensure the text or picture you want to be seen once LED is turned ON is well going through them.There is two holes going through the center parts to add 8mm carbon rods (slightly less than 280mm long).I strongly advise to print the test parts to ensure the model fit your kit, especially check that the holes on the bridge and the neck height and holes location fit 100% perfect.Also check the screws fit well before screwing and damaging the print, I suggest to warm the screws before screwing them into plastic parts in order to avoid damages and allow better insertion.You can also print just a few top layers of each parts to ensure everything fit and look nice.A full spool is required to print the center parts, ensure you have two identical spools in case you make tests prints.Don't forget to use copper foils to isolate the holes with electronics, and also apply some on the back of the pickguard and buttons plate.The ground cable go through a little hole from the buttons hole to the middle of the bridge.For unknown reasons all the cables from the kit are far too long, you'll to shorten them.I've printed the jack plate with resin, but it can also be printed with filaments, just use a tough one.Hope you'll enjoy this Bambu version.
