This is a set of trays / shelfs for the IKEA Skadis pegbaord, enhanced with custom-designed hooks crafted with minimal tolerances to ensure an exceptionally snug and secure fit. Except from removing the supports which takes about 10 seconds per shelf, these shelves do not need any post processing or glueing. There are 11 sizes ranging from 60mm to 260mm in width. Tray height: 12mm. Tray depth: 60mmThe original STLs contain all Skadis hooks wheres for the print profile I removed some hooks as they are not needed.&nbsp;Please note that this tray is designed primarily for lighter applications. It may not be suitable for heavier loads, as they could lead to bending. We have created a Chess Set that is great for travel and families. All the colours are 3D printed separately, so you do not need an AMS type system. (This also cuts down on printing time) First print the boards and then a set each of the inserts and chess pieces. Insert the little squares into the holes in the chess board. It's recommended that you slip these in on an angle (they should lock in). If they are too loose, you may glue them in, but if your printer is pretty well tuned this won't be an issue. Have fun! Designed this as i wanted to be able to easily label the side of the spool as to what type of filament is in it. Also added a ring around the inner edge to easily hold the loose end of the filament. So far i've only tested this with Eryone and Gratkit cardboard spools between 75mm ID to 90mm ID and works great. With the 75mm ID its tight but does fit nice and snug.
