I’ve seen countless Z-Axis Covers for the P and X Series that simply sit in the recessed hole for the Z-Axis rod. I was never a fan of these designs, as I don’t want any component of my printer unnecessarily rubbing against plastic every time the bed moves.&nbsp;These can be printed in PLA if chamber temps are kept on the low side, but printing in ASA or ABS would yield better results. This is a spoon that allows fast and precise spooning. You can easily fill your smallest and largest desiccant containers without spilling the tiny pearls - say goodbye to funnels. NOTICE: I have learnt a lot from this design. As a result I have created a new base ramp which is now released. This design is still valid and I will continue to maintain it. It serves it&#39;s purpose of the original designed goal. I designed this scoop to aid removal of larger debris that could interfere with the bed movement. My new design is an attempt to try and improve on the removal of very small bits of plastic. The reason for this orientation is to get a nice smooth wall and strong clips. Split the stl to objects.&nbsp;The two halves should slide together with a snug fit. The clips help locate the scoop in the base of your printer.
