Laser cut boxes are satisfying to make — until you try to glue the corners square by hand. Tape slips, fingers get in the way, and by the time the glue sets something is always slightly off. I designed this corner clamp to hold two panels at exactly 90° while the adhesive cures. It has two slot widths in one piece — 3 mm and 4 mm — so it covers the most common laser cut material thicknesses. Print a set of four for a full box. PLA works fine. No supports needed. My office chair kept sinking — so I designed a fix. The gas cylinder was worn out. Instead of replacing it, I printed a simple spacer sleeve that slides over the shaft and holds the height in place. No glue, no tools, no disassembly. PETG or ASA/ABS recommended. Inner Ø 28 mm, outer Ø 40 mm, length 118 mm — remix it for your chair if needed. Model linked in profile.
