I used to think that it was impossible to print a usable normal-sized click pen structure through a 3D printer. Bambu printer with a 0.2mm nozzle, and its accuracy is indeed a bit surprising to me.&nbsp;我曾经觉得使用3D打印机实现一个正常大小的按压式圆珠笔的结构，这是不可能的。拓竹配0.2mm的喷嘴，这个精度确实有点让我惊讶!&nbsp;&nbsp;As a 3D printing enthusiast, it&#39;s cool to have a nice 3D printed ballpen. This is a pure 3D printed retractable ballpen, with a lovely rounded shape.&nbsp;The printing accuracy is key to the mechanism of the click pen. So it should use a 0.2mm nozzle, and with 0.1mm Layer height. Adjustable router template. Easy to print, but it takes some time. If the size(limited by the print height of the X1C) is not enough you can print additional profiles and extend the length or width. To put it together you will need heated inserts, 2 for connecting sliders and 2 for the profile if you want extend it.For fastenners I advice M4 button head 18mm screw. You can use different type but then you will need use some washers as wel. Also they need to be operated with allen key. There is no space for screwdriver.The round block is to support router. Fits on my Festool OF1010. You can use it when you unscrew one of the screws holding the router plate. Then you fix it with M4 button head 18mm. Z-axis cap for P1P, X1 and X1C  |  Loose fit!&nbsp;For all the people who want to give feedback on the fact that this cap is too loose of a fit:The reason of the loose fit that rotates easily is that not in any case you want a z-axis dust cover to grip, snap or sit to tight at the top op the z-axis screw rod. Just the slightest resistance of a cap against the z-axis screw rod can result in layer defects. So I advice you to go for the safe option, in stead of the tight option. And if you don't want any risk whatsoever, don't use a cap at all. Not even mine that has a loose fit.I use them now for over a year and never had any z-axis defects, pop off's or other issues.&nbsp;Features:<ul><li>Shields the metal z-axis end-bearing from dust and filament debris.</li><li>Material: Bambu Lab Black ABS.</li><li>Chamfered bottom and top.</li><li>Diameter: 19mm.</li><li>Height: 2mm.</li><li>Includes 1,5mm inside indent for z-axis metal protrusion.</li><li>To be placed on top of the z-axis.</li><li>Sightly smaller then the z-axis hole so the cap can rotate freely if needed.</li><li>Printed on Bambu Lab PEI textured plate to match the plastic z-axis mount matte finish a bit.</li><li>Easy removal: just press your finger a few seconds on the cap and lift it off.</li></ul>Disclaimer: This design is free to download including the accompanied files. If someone needs a different measurement, feel free to leave a comment, I'll see if I can implement this.<h3>Printing</h3>Very easy, no supports needed if printed standing. I used PETG for my prints and three walls with 20% infill. This is very solid. If you want, you can print it with 100% infill and get it even stiffer. But you will need ~220g of filament for this. ;)<h3>Update 04.05.2023</h3>I've added another design for the holder, based on the idea of <a target="_blank" href="https://www.printables.com/@mnemic" rel="nofollow noopener">@mnemic</a>. I has the same sizes as the other, but saves even more filament.<h3>Update 06.10.2023</h3>I've added a wider version of the holder, for Tools like the <a target="_blank" href="https://amzn.to/46goMlB" rel="nofollow noopener">DWT700</a> or <a target="_blank" href="https://amzn.to/46eql3g" rel="nofollow noopener">DWT701</a>. This version is identical to the 40mm default version.
