I was tired of paper plates taking up so much room in my kitchen cabinets, so I designed this under-shelf dispenser to keep them organized and easy to grab. It mounts right under a cabinet shelf and holds a full stack of 10.5" paper plates. Now instead of wasting shelf space, the plates are tucked neatly out of the way but always within reach. This was a fun little project that turned out to be super practical in my own kitchen, and I figured others might find it useful too.
