Just finished refining my own simple filament sample chip (with a storage box) that shows different thicknesses and has space for a label (which I printed using a Brother VC-500W Label Printer and 25mm label roll) to keep track of filament details including a QR code on the label to re-order the filament and thought it was worth sharing.
