wooo! my first total print failure! good learning experience, at low cost in filament - so thank you lol!
print one. i come back 20 min later to 4mm of printed clip and a pile of spaghetti. okay... hmm. setup print 2, lets space out the pieces a bit and make this go slower - and watch the thing. 6mm in, i see the second clip slide off the plate! neat! okay. third try now, ive done enough prints to have an idea on how to mitigate the wandering pieces. add rafts! worked like a charm :)
bambu labs pla basic, p1s - enable supports > normal (auto) > raft layers = 2, raft contact 0.1
anyway, very nice minimal clip. funnily enough even the 4mm partial clips work well enough (until you try to remove them anyway). thanks for the design and the experience :)

nice chapstick case! i printed the smaller variant, easily fits the chapstick tube. side to side, about .5mm of clearance - slips out very easily. i added a port hole to the bottom just in case i ended up with a tube of burt's at some point lol!
top to bottom there is 2.3mm of clearance according to my calipers. the tube does audibly shift back and forth in there - might reprint to tighten that up if it bothers me.
i really like the texture of this case! and the threading of the cap is smooth and accurate. the lanyard hole is broad, but thinner at the top to allow rings to be more easily attached. i printed that bit in pla tough just in case.
overall excellent print, highly recommend!

amazing!! turned out great! pretty easy print. only issue was the backside of the tongue was badly marred after removing the supports. i sanded it down, feels better, but was discolored by the sanding. not too worried about it though, the top side looks perfect. very fun print (and functional!) thank you for sharing!

hilarious. the slightly phallic banana is a bit questionable, but its good for a laugh.
gave -1 star because as i've found with all of these curvy under the rim mounts is they are just fiddly from disc to disc. i have one particularly flat trail (the lower one) that will not stay on the wall with this, will not sit flush at all - despite 3 other trails that hold without issue. ended up removing that disc after it fell three times and replaced it with a range that sits perfectly flush on the wall.
pretty funny seeing the banana through the transparent plastic heh.

excellent case. i dont have the nvme hat currently, but wanted the additional space for improved airflow. if you aren't using the nvme hat, placement of the board is a little fiddly, bit with some adjustment it was snap into place and be perfectly flush with the cut outs. very nice case.

very nice print, thank you for sharing! printed on p1s, base in pla tough lid and other bits in pla matte. really like the lifter tool, very clever.
ran into the same issue as the other commenter regarding the tolerances for the hinge post seats. almost lost a finger trying to get those in! gave up and extracted them with some pliers and filed down the ends - only had to remove a tiny bit to get a perfect seat.

very nice design, i really like all the clean bezels on this!
i adapted the design to add a space for my mini spray bottle, and to allow the holder to clip to the top of my p1s. modifying the bezels and curved corners really pushed the limits of my tinkercad copypasta patience lol! but it came out great in the end, very happy with everything.
thanks again for sharing your design!

thank you for sharing this! quick easy print, works great, and the threads on the knob are perfect too!
i customized someone else's holder design to fit my tiny spray bottle, turned out really awesome :D thanks again!

fun print! tiny slingshot, functions more like a picklefork, esp when using standard clay ammo.
printed the frame in pla tough with pla matte in the middle. using some tube bands i already had, with bead lock. pla tpugh withstood a few frame hits.. need to figure out a worksble band length.
standard ammo pouch fits the case nicely. but the case tolerance is very slim, i can't close the case with my finger lanyard, or the tubes in the slot.
thanks for sharing the print! need to find altoids tin, looks like it might fit!

amazing! steady 6% humidity in my ams 2 with this setup! printed in petg on p1s without any issues. everything fit into the ams and the hygrometer mounted perfectly as well.
thank you kindly for sharing.

legendary! thank you so much, print came out perfect! (now if only i had remembered to change the color for the second plate... whoops! lol!)
all the improvements work exactly as i had hoped. the top magnet is enough to prevent all the magnets from dropping out. and the cap stops the magnets from flying out when it goes in my metal tool box! nice snug fit on the cap too, stays in place securely.
thanks again, great work!

fyi the no supports version requires glue.. won't be using that one ever again..
i scaled it down to be 25cm diameter, but need to make some layer adjustments for this to print better.

great print! works as intended. used the "for widths 20mm" for my 15mm tape measure.
note: my 15mm tape did NOT the "within 15mm" print by a sizeable margin.. my calipers measure the slot at 14.7mm, and my tape was actually 16.2mm at the metal ends - so yeah, double check the width at the metal ends before you attempt to use the smaller print file.

disc golfer here to confirm, this is not for disc golf discs :)
i like that the print is small, was quick to test. the one draw back is it feels too brittle in pla basic (the thin outer prong), probably best to print with something that has more flex.
this holder only fit one of my disc golf discs, a thin rimmed high glide putter - axiom pitch (did not fit my glitch, or my spore, which have similar flight numbers.
tldr guess this is for ultimate discs ;) and maybe some thin rimmed catch frisbees. but for disc golf you have to make the longer pronged holders.
all the same, thank you for sharing the design!

printed in pla basic. i scaled the model down in bambu studio to be 42cm tall, worked great! tiny weekend pill container achieved!
i elected to not print the tpu portion, and i'll just add a rubber gasket later.
also there was some excess material from the lanyard loop bridge, but i was able to scrap it out without issue - not sure how durable that tiny loop will be, but so far so good! the cap threads are holding up for now, but i think if i make more i'll use pla tough or petg/abs for stronger thread and loop next time.
very nice design, thank you for sharing!

printed out just fine, nice model. but unfortunately the shape doesn't really fit well with any of my discs (mvp/axoim/streamline). the curve seems to fit better to putters, less so the drivers. suspect it will hold the disc, but not as securely as i'd like. still thank you for sharing!
