While looking for nice hanging planters I found an interesting geodesic spherical hanging planter bowl published by polydisco. It was great but it required a lot of support and, as a challenge to myself –and as a way to learn both parametric modeling in Blender– I decided to try to replicate it from scratch but adding a few niceties my wife immediately flagged. I have published it as a new model, since it's built from scratch, but i wonder if I should add it as a profile in the original too.
